When it comes to achieving your desired look on
that special day, not all salons are created equal. Our talented stylists at
Salon Utopia specialize in creating a look that will make your wish of
breath-taking hair and makeup a reality.
To ensure a worry-free day,
please review this information:
*Make sure to schedule your appointments
several months in advance so we can work your ideal times into our
stylist’s busy schedules. We encourage booking all wedding party
appointments together in order to avoid any gaps in timing throughout the day.
*We begin with a complimentary consultation with the Bride to discuss
your expectations, book a practice run for hair and/or makeup, and then to
schedule your wedding day hair and makeup for both you and your wedding party.
We will review our wedding contract during this consultation to ensure that you
understand the costs for your wedding day. We also explain our cancellation
policies. At this time we collect credit card information for our services to
ensure your spot for your big day. No charges will be made to your credit card
until services are performed. However, we do have a 1 week (7 days) advance
notice cancellation policy. In the event that an appointment is cancelled less
than 1 week prior to your appointment, you will be held responsible for 1/2 of
the cost of the service and your credit card will be charged.
*Do not
shampoo your hair the same day as the appointment.
*Please arrive for
your appointment with dry hair.
*Wear a button-down shirt/blouse so you
do not compromise your look once you leave the salon.
*In order
to confirm your appointment(s), please download and fill out the
Bridal
Contract and mail or email to Salon Utopia ASAP.

CONSULTATION FOR THE BRIDE |
Practice Run for the Bride
We recommend that you schedule this appointment 3-4 weeks prior
to your wedding and bring everything you will have for your big day - such as
your veil, earrings, hair jewelry, necklace, etc. We will advise you as to how
much time we will need so you can properly schedule your wedding day
activities.
Wedding Day Hair
We
will refer back to your trial run with our pictures and notes to recreate the
look we have decided on your practice day.
